LISTED BUILDING RESTORATION
window restoration, Grade II listed priory, corsley
I fully restored and repainted all the windows in this Grade II listed priory in Corsley, Nr. Frome, in Wiltshire. The images included below show the windows both before and after restoration.
I have a passion for detail and so have always been a lover of period properties. Most of my long term customers are period property owners who were initially introduced to me through restoration work I did on windows and doors of their homes and then went on to commission internal joinery and furniture. I have repaired and, with the correct permissions, replaced external joinery on both listed properties and those in conservation areas. Also, when required, I have provided detailed specifications for local authority listed building consents. I relish the challenge of replicating period joinery detailing. I have designed and built replica sash windows that incorporate slimline double-glazing and weather seals. Where this has not been allowed, I have also made and installed secondary glazing on listed buildings.

window restoration & REPLICA TERRACE DOORS, bATH
I restored and repainted the windows of this Georgian property in Sion Hill, Bath. The existing terrace doors were beyond repair and so I created, finished and fitted a like-for-like version. I have undertaken restoration work on several properties on this road.
